Senior Campus Recruiter

Develop and maintain effective consulting relationships with internal customers. Consult with management to determine and document detailed job specifications for open positions and advise managers regarding appropriate recruiting practices.
Facilitate the internal selection process through effective utilization of the job posting system. Source external candidates through networking, college recruiting, recruitment advertising, manager and employee referrals, search agencies, civic and professional associations and other means.
Evaluate applicant qualifications against pre established criteria through effective utilization of approved pre employment tests including structured selection interviews. Participate with management in selection decisions.
Ensure that individual selection decisions are made with integrity in full compliance with corporate and departmental standards and all relevant government laws and regulations. Process paperwork and communicate with applicants in an efficient and effective manner.
Recommend changes in recruiting procedures and manage or participate in special projects such as college recruiting. Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of recruiting techniques, employment laws and regulations, the bank's organization structure and the employment marketplace.

Business Developement/ New Digital Business Recruiter

Develop proactive database of potential high caliber talent.
Coordinate recruiting campaigns.Measure performance of each area of responsbility.
Work w/ team to deliver cost savings while also leading the development & deployment of non-manager L&D initiatives.
Promotes the organization’s philosophy and values; ensures quality in all areas; and encourages teamwork by coaching and providing support in the department and throughout the organization.
Coordinates posting strategy; gathers information concerning posting employees for interviewing manager; and assists managers in decision-making process.
Recruits qualified applicants; notifies employment agencies of employment opportunities (if necessary); composes employment ads; participates in career fairs; and maintains good working relationship with agency and school placement office contacts.
Screens application forms, conducts screening interviews for senior level exempt and management positions, and analyzes applicants' qualifications; determines most suitable job match; recommends and schedules all interviews with hiring managers; assists managers in decision-making process; coordinates and evaluates pre employment references and credit checks; assists managers in decision-making process; and communicates selection decision to applicants.
Evaluates current selection tools, and evaluates and recommends new selection tools to ensure the most suitable job match is identified; monitors results of screening process to ensure each step is nondiscriminatory.
Prepares and sends hiring reports as requested listing the number of employees hired during the last reporting period.
Participates on project teams as needed to ensure the growth and development of the organization and success in meeting the goals established in the Business and Strategic plans.
Maintains a current knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements impacting the Human Resource

Professional Recruiter

Support the team in maintaining well-performing, stable Ariba environments
Troubleshoot basic errors within the technical infrastructure of the Ariba environments; provide level 1 support to end users throughout the company
Develop basic knowledge of the Ariba network
Support the enablement of suppliers on the Ariba network
Become familiar with the reporting tool within Ariba
Assist end users regarding all other form searches and documents within Ariba
Work to continuously improve processes through the Ariba system
Perform all miscellaneous duties as required by the Ariba Operations Manager

Procurement Systems Support Specialst

Provide one-on-one support to all new hires and  internal users including HR, Recruiters and Hiring Managers. Manage the day-to-day on-boarding processes to ensure employees are  loaded  into On-boarding on a daily basis and guide end users on the use of the On-boarding tool to ensure workflow processes are completed in a timely manner. Assist New Hires and Hiring Managers through the I-9 and E-verify process to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist with project management for transitions and future enhancements. Focus also includes data integrity, audits and compliance activities.  Communicate with various departments to ensure new hires have required equipment and access. Work with payroll and HR to have employees set up in the appropriate systems.  Serve as a liaison between HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Global Leaning and IT. Administer and maintain company on-boarding process using the HRIS, Applicant Tracking and On-boarding systems.

HR Admin Coordinator III

Opened and closed requisition request and assigned the open requisitions to the appropriate recruiter, updated  job description when needed, worked closely with the other departments in the HR area, process employee garnishments in Ceridian,  answered phone calls and emails, assisted managers with new hire questions and help them through the new hire process, assisted with I-9 and E-Verify, assisted with background checks, processed new hired employees within several different HR systems to complete the on boarding process, submitted  new hire information to the payroll area, ensured employment eligibility verification is in compliance with BBVA Compass policies , prepared monthly reports, assisted management on special projects, attended webinars on a regular basis to be informed on changes within the industry, prepared offer letters for internal candidates and  other duties as assigned.

HR Admin Coordinator II

Reviewed loan documentation including: notes, disclosures, security agreements, and collateral documents, contacted loan personnel on missing and incomplete loan documentation and returns loan files to appropriate lender, monitored  loan files for compliance with federal/state regulation and internal policies according to post booking documentation review procedures, coded and input data into loan systems from primary source documents, reviewed and process the most complex loan packages, crossed train on various systems such as RE, DEALER, and RE Maintenance
