As the President of Metronome, a values-based and culture-driven digital transformation company, I provide strategic leadership and vision for the organization. I co-founded the company with my wife, Jen Virga, in 2011, and since then, we have grown to over 150 employees and served clients across the public and private sectors. I am passionate about building a culture of fun, collaboration and innovation, where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute to our mission. I am also a member of YPO Southern 7, a global network of CEOs who share best practices and insights to create positive impact in their industries and communities. I have a Master of Getting Stuff Done from the University of Awesome, where I learned how to overcome challenges and achieve goals with resilience, creativity, hard work and lots of risk taking :)
