With nearly 20 years of experience in HR and Talent Management, I have worked with multinational organizations at both global and regional levels. Previously, I held Director positions in HR in Tenaris, leading initiatives to drive organizational growth and cultural transformation. I was also part of the organizing team of TEDx Tenaris, fostering spaces for innovation and knowledge-sharing. Currently, I work as a Confidential Advisory Coach, supporting executives—especially women—through leadership development and career transitions. I am also a Consultant in Digital Transformation, with a strong focus on the people and talent aspects of change.
