I lead the Customer Success Team for the Americas region. My team is responsible for retaining and growing our existing book of business, as well as helping to shape commercial strategy, go-to-market and product development through providing an in-depth understanding of customer requirements.

For companies, Elevate provided a clear picture of how their employees' activity was driving meaningful business results including traffic to company website, leads to sales, followers of LinkedIn Company Page, new hires, and increased reach for marketing campaigns.
