You do not need a CTO to run a climate tech brand.

This 19-year-old from a village in Punjab has attracted more than 4 lakh..


...views so far on his content creation journey with 5 accounts.

He is my nephew, and he is just 19.

He has been creating content for more than a year and is still figuring out what he actually wants. (a very good sign)


Each of his channels is different, and he consistently puts out content... 

...despite receiving a lot of criticism from his parents, friends, and other folks.

But he never cares.

In my village, most people still want Sarkari Naukri (no hate for it) and never consider other career options.

Most people don't want to put in effort to make their career, but criticize.

Being from a village, he is doing something different instead of wasting his time.

I am sure whether he becomes successful or not, he will learn a lot during this process and will be in a better place in the near future.

And I must say India is growing, and the youth are considering other career options than those typical old-school ones.

I hate news websites for these 3 reasons. 

It's been almost 5 years, I have uninstalled all the news apps from my phone because of these 3 reasons. 

However, my friends and social media keeps me updated 😉

But here are the 3 reasons why I don't use them. 

  1. Poor user experience. (Instead of focusing on helping the readers, they are focused on earning from Ads)

  2. Most of them are biased.

  3. All of them are mentally exhausting and spread negatively.

fyi: most major news websites get 20M-40M traffic every month.

Why is it so difficult to register a company in India? 

When I searched online, I found many results with different prices.

I'm curious if the government's price is the same for everyone, so why do I see such a difference in price? 

And for most of the companies out there, their customer support is actually not supportive. 

I wonder if these companies even know their consumers in India.

I am 1000000% sure you are doing this wrong.

Creating content is not the only thing you need to reach your target audience with your impact-driven brand.

You need to distribute it.

Period.

I also made a mistake by not distributing the content for my first startup.

But why should you focus on distribution?

- More reach and visibility
- Increased conversion rate
- Long-term value

Why do people who want to get a job or just get placed at a company get so many comments and engagements? 

LinkedIn Bhai sahab unko jyda promote krte hai kya?  

I sometimes feel LinkedIn is more of a job seeker and job giver platform.

The #1 thing you need in your marketing communication is "KISS"  


It stands for Keep It Simple Short. 

A great example of KISS is below. 

No bs, just simple copy to attract users to signup.

As a sustainable founder, you end up with jargon and the buzz words.

And sometimes...

...the grammar nazi comes into your soul to help you write those tough words no one has ever heard of. 


Use the KISS strategy if you want your customers to love you, or at least love your product.
