Director Global Services Delivery

Intuitive.Cloud

Primary Responsibilities :
-Lead Multiple complex cloud implementation, migration, and cloud support projects from kickoff to closure.
-Build Strong Customer Relationship framework, Create and maintain technical project plans outlining tasks, delivery dates and allocation of resources aligned to statements of work (SOW's)
-Teach, mentor, guide, and coach the Delivery Team (and organization) on Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean principles and practices. Coach the Delivery Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
-Help remove organizational and team impediments to agility and progress
-Manage project resources ensuring all projects meet customer obligations and budget expectations.
-Provide timely and accurate status updates to all customer, partner and Intuitive stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
-Own and manage technical project escalations through to resolution, and ensure expectations are clearly set with customer and within Intuitive teams
-Assist in the development and maintenance of project methodology aligned to cloud migrations and the current runbooks for delivery.
-Plan, manage, and execute varied cloud deployment, customization, or IT systems development projects.
-Expected to provide technical oversight to some staff and track attainment of project milestones and Support KPIs.
-Report on progress and budget expenditures to project owners.
-Embrace and role model servant leadership.
-Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and enforces time boxes. Embrace and role model Agile Principles.
-Help remove organizational and team impediments to agility and progress. Assist Delivery Team and Product Owner with relentless and continuous improvement in processes and product delivery.
-Build project plan for relatively large or complex project(s), including milestones, resources needed in the form of staffing hours, budget, technology stack, following established project management methodology.

Technical Program Manager

•	Accountable to identify, evaluate and drive AIOPS across the Global Delivery Centers following SDLC/Agile methodologies.
• Acting as a Program Manager to upskill/enable the technology within the team of 
more than 200 highly skilled engineers of Global Delivery Centers.
• Play a leadership role in managing transformation projects, establish the project 
charter, scope and plans , including pilot of new technology enabled services.
• Play a crucial part in designing the services catalogue and get the services 
enablement done for the stakeholders.
• Working as a liaison between Leadership team and Global Operations.
• Be the Regional SPOC to manage the execution of the transformations/automations
for global delivery centres through collaboration (if required) with business 
stakeholders from Group and Countries (where applicable).
• Ensured Services developed and delivered drove growth and improved profitability 
by working closely with business stakeholders to ensure services are correctly 
scoped and implemented leveraging new capabilities such as automation and 
monitoring to achieve these goals. Focused on client centric service design across 
different verticals such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Enterprise ITES etc.
• Develop business case, where required, to justify the transformation.
• Responsible for Global Vendor Alliance for Complete support services tower, acting 
as a GPAM as well for Global Delivery centers for all Tier1, 2 and 3 vendors.
• Responsible for handling vendor certifications programs globally for support 
services tower(Core, Edge, Voice, Wan services verticals).
• Drive continual process improvements to achieve business goals.
• Lead C-Level engagements, governance internal management team.

• Closely work with Service design and offer team to enable latest technology in the 
global delivery centers.

Transformation Architect | Global Partner Alliances Manager | Program Manager

Flex

•	Oversee delivery of Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) services to 220+ Global locations in 24x7x365 environment, encompassing 4 Data Centres, 20 thousand network devices approximately.
•	InfoSec Tools, VOIP, and WIFI Controllers among other components, IT infrastucture service delivery and Data Centre management.
•	Head a team of 24 network engineers(L1/L2/L3) and join escalation bridges to provide solutions by taking all stake-holders as per their requirement.
•	Service Restoration - meeting SLA on services.
•	Co-ordinate with key stakeholders, and maintain associations with leading Telecom and IT products and services Vendors.
•	Responsible to train new members of  GNOC, to make sure GNOC operations are running smooth and without escalations.
•	Technical interaction with higher management, vendors, and clients.
•	Approve changes in absence of change manager keeping in mind all the aspects.
•	Provide support and participate in the CAB meetings.
•	Act as a Single point of Contact(SPOC) for internal and external customers.
•	Lead internal projects to improve service.
•	Conduct team reviews and be responsible for personal and career development of team members.
•	Ensuring the right environment is in place so that staff are effectively mentored, developed and trained. Develop and own the processes and procedures used by the team, based on best practice for the industry

Global Network Operations Manager

Halliburton

•	Handling the multiple carriers (around 250) like AT&T, Cyrus One, Caprock, Global Crossing, Verizon, Telefonica etc.
•	Working as a Network Manager I have to co-ordinate and drive customer network/ server incidents based on ITIL management framework to restore the services with minimal disruption.
•	My major responsibilities includes raising P1 & P2 issues and opening bridges with internal/external customers, group chats to resolve major as well as priority incidents keeping mind the SLA.
•	Monitoring the 40000 devices of Halliburton all over the globe like Routers, switches, servers and etc on HPOV and NNM. 
•	As an Incident/Network manager I have to provide technical direction and coordination to the resolver groups involved if needed, sometimes even provides inputs while RCA.
•	Approve changes in absence of change manager keeping in mind all the aspects.
•	Provide support and participate in the Change Control meetings.
•	Act as a Single point of Contact(SPOC) for internal and external customers.
•	Manual patching of windows servers.
•	Escalate the issues according to escalation matrix.
•	Sends IT alerts/communication mails before the start and end of the incidents.
•	Interaction with the International teams for quick resolutions of the Issues.
•	Manage third parties to resolve incidents.
•	Proactive monitoring for halliburton datacentres network devices/circuits and servers on priority.
•	Validating alerts by logging in to Routers and Switches. Checking status of Interfaces, controllers, routes and running-configurations and also do configuration changes if required.
•	Creating tickets, update them and follow up with the carriers until resolution.
•	Approving RFCs (request for change) submitted by various support teams and tracking the status of the activities.
•	Creating incident reports according to severity level and assign the issues to relevant teams, and follow up until resolution. 
•	Mentor Junior member(s) of the shift in advance troubleshooting

Senior Network Engineer

•	Responsible for managing & Troubleshooting of Bank of India’s all over India Network consisting of             3200 branches and 48 NAP locations and ensuring Maximum network uptime.
•	Co-ordination with location’s NAP engineers for installation of Network Equipments, IOS software deployment, new hardware upgrades.
•	Continuous Online Network monitoring for the status of Leased Line, ISDN, VSAT, and Wireless via Network Management Software (NMS).
•	Incident management.
•	Carrying out the various scheduled activity of Core Router and Core VPN at DC like IOS and H/W Upgradation.
•	Configuring and Troubleshooting ISDN (BRI & PRI), Channelized E1 links.
•	Configuration of Cisco IP Phone using Cisco Call manager.
•	Configuration of Site-to-Site IP Sec VPN and testing of end-to-end connectivity for Online Banking Application
•	Executing Firewall policies on Firewall 525 PIX FWSM and checkpoint as per user request with proper change management procedure.
•	Escalate the issues to concerned authorities through escalation matrix.
•	Helping Implementation team for rollout of 1000 branches and VSAT setup
•	Work on HP open view and follow up for the Service Desk Id given to us by our Juniors and    helpdesk team and contact with the customer directly and understand the issue and meet up the SLA time and mention the reason if violation of SLA time happened.
•	Participating & Executing Business continuity plan, within specific timeframe and defined procedures.
•	Configuration of VLAN and Inter VLAN Routing Network.
•	Controlling the network with the help of HPCS Utility.
•	Network Related Documentation.
•	Tracking of Dispatching Router and Router Hardware Equipments with HPCS.
•	Preparing and analysis of Link utilization report.

•	Maintain, customize, and track the device and email applications for virus protection. 
•	Network performance monitoring to decide whether any changes are required.
•	Conferring with network users on solving issues with current networks. 
•	Use master consoles to control network and computer system output. 
•	Coordinating access to the use of computer networks. 
•	Plan, install, and test networking devices, hardware for computers, and devices for operating systems.
