Responsibilities Fulfilled:

A) Indent Preparation :

1) To prepare monthly production plan based on customers' indent
2)To Prepare demand forecasting for N+3 months as per analysis of dispatches
3) To be in contact with customer for change in indent if any.

B) Production Planning :

1) To prepare daily production plan as per line capacity, cycle time and available manpower.
2) Special focus on high volume lines
3) To coordinate with production department and to resolve bottlenecks if any.

C) Production Control :

1) To steer Daily Work Management (DWM) meeting with Production, Quality, purchase departments.
2) To find gaps in loss/excess in production target and try to resolve it in DWM meeting.

D) Dispatch :

1) Special focus on timely dispatch of out of station Finished Goods(FG) to avoid premium freight
2) To coordinate with bonded team for timely dispatch of FG to the customer end.

E) Inventory Management :

1) To maintain 3 days stock of inventory in plant
2) To make constant check so that inventory doesn't pile up
3) Take up with customer if any obsolete parts can use in aftermarket
