Intrigued by the intricate connection between the human body and physical activity, I furthered my knowledge with a Post-Graduation in Exercise and Sports Physiology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. 🏋️‍♂️ During this time, I delved into the world of optimizing human performance, honing my skills in understanding how our bodies respond to exercise and training.
