As an Associate Consultant of Global Leadership Hiring, My job responsibilities are sourcing, profile screening, and inviting candidates for various job opportunities. Resource the candidates from LinkedIn online portals and approach them for various job openings. Coordinating with team leader manager and HR consultants about the various job requirements for the call details. Having good knowledge of all the regions. In my current role, I am handling Global Leadership Hiring for our top-tier company's clients. I have worked in the USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, London, India, United Kingdom, Singapore, France, and The South Korea.

Associate Consultant – Leadership Hiring/APAC, EUROPE, And USA at PRODUCTIVA Group (WK Associates) 

BlackBuck (Zinka Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)

My job responsibility was to resource the candidates from Naukri Portals and screen candidates' resumes properly. Conducting their telephonic round for telephonic interviews with city managers.  Used to hire candidates for all cities in India and coordinate with clients and managers for new updates and openings. 

Daily Interview scheduled: 10/12, Daily candidate Selected target: 4/5, Monthly candidate Selections target:  18/20.

Job responsibility was to resource the candidates from different job Portals and screen resumes properly, conducting their telephonic round and calling them up for final F2F at the office. Coordinating with clients, managers, and trainers about the various job requirements and posting the jobs on job portals. Like ( Workindia, LinkedIn, Apna App, Job Hai, Hirect, Bsbstaffing, Waahjob, and Naukri ) 

Pipeline of candidates for the next day: 10/15, Daily candidate Selected target: 4/5, Monthly candidate Selections target:  30/35.

My job responsibilities Were, to make calls and maintain a good relationship with customers on call. Give feedback about their SBI Life Insurance Policy. Handle Customer's queries on calls. Maintain calling skills on call.
