As a Project Manager & Digital Content Editor, I am responsible for leading client events and providing collaborative support on other projects while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. With strong planning, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach, I build long-term relationships while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

In the digital content aspect of my role, I collaborate with marketing and web teams to create and produce high-quality video, design, and digital content for our conferences and events. I am proficient in creating short event highlight videos and related social media content using raw video footage taken from events, as well as producing simple animations and graphic elements.

Microsoft

Event management & production
 - Project manage flagship events, executive meetings and workshops
 - Overlooking all planning and logistical needs of events
 - Manage third party suppliers from start to end (brief, contract overview, execution and follow-up)
 - Event broadcast production & management for online and hybrid events

Graphic design
 - Responsible of defining the branding of our flagship events & initiatives
 - Close collaboration with the Communications department, creating any graphical asset needed to support our social media activities

 - Podcast launch & management (recording, post-production and promotional assets creation)
 - Video production for Microsoft and for co-branded events or initiatives
 - Broadcast experience design for hybrid/online events

Dynamics 365 CRM management
 - Maintaining CRM and act as product manager with 3rd party developer company
 - Ensuring contacts management
 - Implementing events through Dynamics 365 Marketing event management interface
 - Design marketing emails
 - Design customer journeys for automating event flows

Production & Creative Adviser

Working for the Microsoft Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) department supporting the European Government Affairs (EGA) team. Microsoft EGA drives outreach and engagement on public policy issues: cybersecurity, privacy and cloud policy, among others.

Responsible of coordination and organization of EGA outreach events taking place at the Microsoft Centre, from large scale (100+ attendees) conferences and debates, to executive meetings and workshops

Project Event Coordinator

AIESEC

Part of AIESEC International, working in a team of 26 with 17 nationalities, managing 120 offices around the world, delivering annually over 40.000 international internship and volunteering experiences 

Key responsibilities and highlights:
• Defined and implemented a B2B marketing strategy for a new platform dedicated to our business partners ﻿reaching in 6 months +250K visitors and 300% growth on the platform's user-base compared to previous 6 months ﻿

• Led the organization's end to end branding and marketing strategy 

• Led 3 cross cultural, virtual teams focused on: 
  * customer acquisition across different channels,
  * customer success strategies, and 
  * research focused on improving our sales approach

• Delivered Content Strategy and Campaigns for AIESEC's Linkeding company page reaching more than 3M user and 200K followers

• Final responsible for all co-branded partnership campaigns

• Managed our conferences coverage and broadcasting - led a team of 8 content producers who helped in executing co-branded partnerships (in Egypt, Bahrain, Tunisia and Thailand) - Partners include: Electrolux, DP DHL, ING, Husqvarna, Schneider Electric, Tata Consultancy Services and JCI.

Global Marketing Manager

Responsible of developing AIESEC in Belgium's brand image, its messages and the marketing strategy to be implemented in 9 local offices. Led a cross-cultural product directors team, focusing on conversion rate optimization strategies and improving our end to end customer experience.

Highlights:
• Implemented 2 semestrial campaigns promoting our products in the Belgian market, getting +2500 students register to go abroad with AIESEC

• Delivered a content strategy on AIESEC in Belgium's channels to increase brand recognition

• Designed the visual assets used online and on ground for our advertising campaigns

• Created and implemented the "Belgians 4 Global Goals" campaign, showing how 2 young Belgians volunteered in Brazil to help the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals

• Created and implemented a lead nurturing strategy, growing our conversion rate with 18% from leads to customers

Brand Manager

Responsible of creating and developing the organization's digital marketing strategy, maintaining and developing it's digital ecosystem, engaging and educating the organization's volunteers and creating AIESEC in Russia's brand in the AIESEC global network.  

Highlights:
• Launched the country brand "Unbelievable Russia" and developed the website and a content strategy campaign for social media channels, reaching +70K users

• Developed a new website together with a third party development company

• Created and implemented a lead nurturing strategy through Get Response

• Created national strategies to improve our conversion rates across the funnel, implemented by all 20 local chapters

• Created an internal learning and resource sharing platform used by +1000 members of the organization

• Managed our internal communication systems and created a members engagement campaign together with the HR department

Digital Marketing Manager

Tapptitude

My main responsibility was to develop and implement content marketing strategies for different products of the company and support with marketing activities the company's innovation sector, Tapptitude Labs 

Highlights:
• Implemented a content marketing strategy through our blog and social media to increase Tapptitude's brand recognition as a mobile app developer

• Go-to-market strategy creation for the company's initiative to build marketing (Growth Marketing academy) and iOS development know-how in Cluj-Napoca's youth

• Launching the company's Minimum Viable Product development service by creating a landing page and implementing social media tactics in certain startup hubs around Europe

• Launching a "How to Start Your Marketing Career as a Student" e-book in the Growth Marketing academy initiative of Tapptitude Labs

Marketing Content Manager

My responsibility was to promote the companies events across europe (job fairs) through different channels and methods to ensure their success. Mostly I was writing Press Releases, I was doing Email Marketing through MailChimp and I was managing our Social Media Channels in 8 different languages. 

I was also designing the materials that the company needed in all the languages of our events (Posters, Magazines, Roll-ups, Images) that were used on Social Media and in our events.

Marketing Assistant

Someone once described me as a Creative Swiss-knife - Whether it's graphic design, video production, motion graphics or website building, I've got it covered. 💻🎥
