Inside Sales Specialist - LabScape Service Agreements

EA2 Energy Poland

•	Creating and implementing a Polish market development plan
•	Arrangement and expansion of a potential Customers’ database
•	Prospecting activities of converting the potential Customers into regular Clients through contacting, identifying Clients’ needs, their formalization, and systematization
•	Preparing Clients’ development plans according to their needs and consistent realizations of the plans
•	Preparing technical and business offers for separate products or for complex solutions for Clients
•	Presenting cooperation opportunities to Clients 
•	Receiving feedback on the offers from Clients, working with Clients’ reservations and objections
•	Optimizing offers, coordinating technical changes in the offers to meet clients’ needs (if necessary)
•	Negotiating terms and conditions of cooperation 
•	Closing deals
•	Controlling the realization of orders
•	Debt handling
•	Pre-, during- and after- sales activities to ensure long-lasting relationships with Clients
•	Preparing a complex sales and marketing development plan based on the Company’s competitive advantages
•	Collecting and analysing important market information and reporting them to the Head Office
•	Visiting Customers (business trips and exhibitions meetings)

Sales Manager

•	Searching for new Customers and creating long-term relationships with decision-making persons 
•	Preparing and conducting meetings with Clients to promote the company’s portfolio of products and services
•	Presenting for Clients cooperation opportunities 
•	Identifying Clients needs, their formalization, and systematization preparing plans to close the needs 
•	Preparing technical and business offers for Clients
•	Receiving feedback from Clients for the offers

Junior Key Account Manager

•	Assisting Key Account Managers in day-to-day activities in managing Client accounts
•	Regular contact with Suppliers to clarify questions from Customers and Key Account Managers
•	Receiving information from Clients which necessary for the creation of the proper offer
•	Coordinating of the process the matching of Customers' needs with the Suppliers' capabilities in terms of product characteristics
•	Monitoring Customers' responses to sent offers
•	Cooperation with the logistics department in matters of organizing the smooth realization of orders
•	Supporting of Key Account Managers and the Board in negotiating contracts terms with Clients
•	Undertaking all other activities increasing Customers satisfaction
•	Support for Key Account Managers in working with debts
•	Translation from English into Russian of technical information for the company's website
•	Updating information in CRM system
•	Complaints processing

Customer Service Specialist

•	Searching for new Customers and establishing contacts with decision-making persons
•	Preparing and conducting meetings with Clients
•	Researching of the Customers needs, their formalization, and systematization
•	Preparing offers for Clients
•	Receiving feedback from Clients for the offers

•	Preparation of documents for tenders and representing company in tenders procedures
