The first project I was working on is Electronic Bank Account Management (eBAM) service of one of the biggest bank in USA. This service is used in 55 countries. eBAM provides clients with the flexibility to manage their accounts around the world electronically. The eBAM solution allows clients to electronically create and track requests for maintenance, account openings and signatory management of their bank accounts. By making this information available digitally, eBAM reduces the amount of paper documentation and duplication of communications required to implement changes in addition to increasing efficiency, driving productivity and reducing operational risk.

This web system has a three part which are three independed portals: commercial, management and subcontractor portal. The commercial portal works with a few web services to get information about companies and work orders and provides the reports generation. The company’s administration of the commercial portal has opportunity to invite  and manage employees. The management portal contains the functionality to help the main administrator managing the companies, reports. The franchises portal is served to the people who hold the franchise contract.
