A recent transformative and rewarding phase in my professional journey has been returning to Bolivia to move forward pioneering initiatives focused on developing entrepreneurial talent, fostering open/closed corporate innovations services and designing up-skilling programs for women from the missing middle. This experience, in Bolivia's toughest political and social instability in decades, has strengthen my leadership confidence and transformed me into a credible voice in the entrepreneurial and venture capital scene in Latam. My professional profile combines: strategy, program design, portfolio management, educational programs, entrepreneurship ecosystem development, international relations, team leadership, nonprofit management and fundraising. Career highlights include: ► Working for the United Nations Development Program in Bolivia's Innovation Lab a world program with over 90 countries. ► Launching Bolivia's first accelerator program backed by the corporate sector and international experts. ► Senior role as an Outreach Manager in charge of 3 Programs for Grupo Guayacán a not-for-profit whose ultimate goal is to develop Global Entrepreneurs and Ventures (Puerto Rico).
