• Executed AWS OpsWorks and written chef recipes from scratch, such as Jenkins, Tomcat, Java, System Users, NTP, Qualys Cloud Agent, Automox Patching, CloudWatch Logging, and CloudWatch Metrics to manage EC2 servers and installation of DevOps Tools.
• Deployed Qualys modules, such as vulnerability management, web application scanning, compliance scanning, file integrity monitoring, cloud perimeter scanning, threat analysis, and Patch management for information security.

I served as the Founding Member and Lead Engineer of Alexa's First SRE team, ensuring Alexa Service platform availability and performance. I supervised the program for scalability and reliability of the Alexa Service platform orchestrator for AlexaOS while preparing for peak holiday traffic. Moreover, I measured Latency, Traffic, Root Cause Analysis for Errors, and SLA of tickets by executing operational excellence among the Alexa Services team via developing Python flask-based operational metric dashboards. I implemented scaling formulas based on traffic behavior and device connections to platform services and DynamoDB. I also forecasted the latency budget for decoupled services based on the baseline from monolithic service. I instrumented components properly to monitor and debug in service by creating new monitors and alarms for distributed teams.
• Architected new performance testing environment leveraging internal automation framework, including hosts, load balancers, DNS, SSL certs, DynamoDB tables, code pipelines, and deployment parameters.
• Achieved cost reduction by enhancing efficiency and deploying autoscaling for DynamoDB and EC2 instances.
• Optimized infrastructure by leading Python-based automation for JVM performance tuning and analysis.
