Vivek held a breadth of roles from being a part of Product Evangelization team as well as L&D and Skill development team. He successfully worked with Education bodies, Partner network & Influencers to promote product usage thru training. Some prominent bodies he leveraged his expertise were Bangalore university, Shimla University, Delhi university, SIES college (Mumbai), TNOU, Osmania university etc.

He led the accountability of developing the fresh Learning framework including a new Performance Management System (PMS) and also created a vast skilling framework to develop vast pool of Tally trained resources. Under his guidance, many of these programs were funded by key ministries/missions like Ministry of Rural development, MAHUPA, National SC/ST Finance Development Corporation, SUDA etc.

Managed a team of trainers and content developers to create & deliver training programs to suit the clients training needs.
