I am also a HOD-IT managing a team of faculties. In my pedagogical career that spans more than a decade (16 years), I have taught across universities in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Botswana, Nigeria, Uganda and Ghana. I believe in an interactive student-centred learning approach that fosters collaborative learning and that has remained my teaching style to date. My goal has always been to cultivate a learning experience that is organized, meaningful, and enjoyable. I have industry experience of 1 year and 7 months as Associate- IT Infrastructure Manager in Chennai, India. I have published papers in 30 international journals in the areas of computer science, HRM, and Education. I have presented papers at conferences in different countries and some papers have been published in IEEE Xplore, ACM and Springer. I have refined my skills with numerous certifications both technical and non-technical. I am a certified computer security expert and have been training future cyber experts. I am highly competitive with myself and being a learning enthusiast, I went on to be a soft skills trainer, career counsellor, life coach,voice trainer, productivity coach, fitness trainer,personality analyst, content writer, content writing trainer, learning skills trainer and teacher training facilitator. You will often find me customizing training workshops and webinars for diverse audiences in popular topics such as cyber forensics, micro-learning, green computing, career analysis, innovative training methodologies, stress management, leadership, speed reading, cognitive biases, telemedicine, diversity and inclusion, team building, artificial intelligence and prompt engineering. I thoroughly enjoy building personality, team and talent development programs. Along with my teaching career, I regularly partner with organizations that support their employee and members to their career success through uniquely crafted training, workshops, panels, coaching and keynotes. Things do not change when I am out of the office. Instead, they get more interesting. You will find me writing articles for magazines or websites some of which are published on medium.com. Content writing helps me analyze and look at things from a different angle. I’m ready for any collaboration in the corporate or educational world for talks or programs.
