Freight volumes are declining rapidly. Incumbent business is expected to be under tremendous pressure over the next few months. I help logistics companies optimize their current Sales setup & improve their retention rate significantly. This involves formulating a strategy combined with a customized One-on-One Sales Mentorship Plan. Prior to starting my company in 2021, I was the Vice President - Ocean freight for Kuehne and Nagel in the Midwest Region. I had a team of 285 people spread across 13 Branches, responsible for the entire Ocean BU managing revenues of over Usd 500 Million. Over the last 24 years in the logistics industry, I have lived on 3 different continents and held multiple leadership roles.
