My 16-year engineering career has taken me from working in the Ecuadorian jungle to starting from scratch in Germany. A few degrees later and with valuable experiences in the backpack, I have developed the ability to manage highly complex teams and projects either by the level of specialization, technification or by the size of their operation. I strongly believe in keeping the digital transformation in the industry simple and applicable.
