My career has always been centered around technology, starting in a tech company, then moving to a startup, and later transitioning into the role of Account Branding Planner/Operational Director at a branding agency, where I led strategic initiatives and campaigns for clients like IBM, Wayra, Suzano, Sebrae, and Boticário Group, focusing on the tech ecosystem. Driven by my passion for learning new cultures and ways of work, I eventually shifted my focus to customer support.
