Plug and Play is a global innovation platform headquartered in Silicon Valley that runs accelerator programs, corporate innovation services, and an in-house VC to make technological advancement progress faster than ever before.

My major responsibility as Marketing Manager is to oversee all marketing responsibilities for Plug and Play's Southeast Asian regional offices, including brand management, social media marketing, event marketing and marketing collaterals.

• Developed a holistic framework of marketing strategies for Plug and Play's regional offices in order to boost overall brand visibility through the implementation of various digital marketing channels (Website, Social Media, Newsletters)

• Created a culture of analyzing data to evaluate social media marketing efforts, resulting in a 5-10% monthly increase in social media followers.

• Led marketing efforts for Plug and Play's bi-annual APAC Summit, which resulted in a 40% increase in registrants.

• Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to raise brand recognition and generate leads for the sales team, with a conversion rate of 5% on average.

• Recruited, managed, and trained a three-person team to help the marketing department meet its KPIs and targets.

• Created and launched an official website for Plug and Play's Southeast Asian regional markets in order to raise the company's exposure and brand awareness in the region.

• Established and managed the various social media channels in the region 
- Plug and Play APAC, Plug and Play Thailand, Plug and Play Indonesia

• Generated content for APAC's bi-weekly newsletters that focuses on Programs (batch startup and community) and Ventures (investors & portfolio startups) respectively to our subscribers

• Managed and handled the marketing collaterals for the programs in Singapore and Thailand:
- Financial Services (Fintech & Insurtech)
- Travel & Sustainability
