I like people, psychology, and business the most. Private lessons and courses in mathematics, English, business, and psychology were the things I did the most. Although I was involved in different fields and industries, I am committed to one direction now, which is HR. I absolutely enjoy helping people. Seeing all the smiling faces is the reason why I am here. One day, I was lucky enough to find one awesome girl in my apartment. As usual, I made some planning, I designed her "job" (to become the best person ever in my entire life), and I was ready to start recruiting. After doing some marketing (loud screaming at night "I need someone") I got thousands of responses. There was a long selection process: I tested her soft and hard skills (she is a godlike cook) and made a final decision. Now we live together. The best decision ever made by us. We made it to the next level and now our life won't be the same. I am working similarly. This is why the best talents stay with me.
