CAREER HIGHLIGHTS  As ADP’s Underwriting Manager, I propelled sales partnering with the sales team to strengthen and expand our prospect pipeline via business evaluations, including risk selection criteria and competitive pricing on new accounts.  As ADP’s Lead Underwriter, I pioneered onboarding and training programs for new senior underwriters providing structure and SOPs to drive best practices which escalated key quantitative and qualitative performance metrics.  As ADP’s Senior Underwriter, I drove productivity and revenue maintaining a perfect record of meeting or exceeding month quota and a three-day turnaround time requirement for RFP submissions.  As Dongbu Insurance’s Underwriter, I transformed regulatory compliance policies and processes establishing a knowledge base, resource library, and SOPs outlining state requirements and industry standards, which reduced risks while driving accuracy.
