The result allowed the elimination of 5,400 work hours and saving of $20,000,000 in potential tax benefits annually. ✓ Researched, designed, and implemented in partnership with the internal IT, the Tax Projection Model expected to provide unprecedented data visibility and potential savings of $30,000,000. ✓ Created blueprint and produced proof of concept of the common database for all of the Tax to simplify data extraction, analysis. and added flexibility for future process improvements. The estimated savings just from the 1st phase of the tool is 4,500 work hours. ✓ Developed financial models for State Apportionment visualizing the process and providing clarity and consistency between the states, resulting in $10,000,000 savings. ✓Created XML parser of the F1120 package to obtain verified filing data – saving of $200K a year. ✓Built Alteryx process of Income Tax Audit specific package – automation saving 2,000 hours a tax season.
