The result allowed the elimination of 5,400 work hours and saving of $20,000,000 in potential tax benefits annually. ✓ Researched, designed, and implemented in partnership with the internal IT, the Tax Projection Model expected to provide unprecedented data visibility and potential saving of $30,000,000. ✓ Created blueprint and produced proof of concept of the common database for all of the Tax to simplify data extraction, analysis. and added flexibility for future process improvements. The estimated saving just from the 1st phase of the tool is 4,500 work hours. ✓ Developed financial models for State Apportionment resulting in $10,000,000 savings.
