Instead, they reach out directly via Instagram, live chat, or WhatsApp. When I returned from maternity leave two months after our launch, our inbox was buzzing with questions, yet we were barely making any sales. I could see the missed opportunities clearly. Determined to turn things around, I dove into our chat data. I spent long hours analyzing every conversation and noticed things were off: responses were slow, messages inconsistent, and our follow-up process was missing entirely. I knew we needed a radical change. So, I rolled up my sleeves and built a structured chat sales system from scratch. I developed clear, persuasive scripts and a process that guided every inquiry through to a sale. Over time, the improvements spoke for themselves. Conversion rates jumped dramatically from a negligible 0.001% to an impressive 8%. Average response times, which once hovered around 20 minutes, were slashed to less than 2 seconds. Our daily order volumes grew significantly, and today, 93% of our revenue comes from our chat channel—helping Cocci Beauty become an 8-figure business. In the past few months, I’ve added a new tool to my toolkit: advanced AI technology. While AI is still a recent development in my approach, it has helped me fine-tune the customer experience even further, allowing for near-instant responses without losing the personal touch my team and I value so much.
