Developing the team into more than they believed they could be. Holding ourselves accountable. The setbacks. The comradery. Winning. I've been called too competitive. I've been called too positive. I bring energy and passion into everything I do. It can be contagious, so get ready if we spend any time together. I struggle to do anything halfway. My biggest pet peeve is when people blame others. Please take responsibility. I've never done anything of importance on my own. It is all about the team. Golf is the hardest thing I’ve worked at to still be average! Getting close to that single digit handicap! I played division 1 tennis in college and have not played one competitive match since graduating in 2006. Winning as an individual contributor is nice. Being a part of helping someone else win is an absolute high. I don't work to be the hero. I work to be the hero maker. God's holy spirit is inside me and I get to walk into every situation with his power.
