I founded CapitalWe to provide financial guidance and support to immigrants like me, who come to the USA to work in the tech industry - an industry that offers many financial opportunities but comes with significant challenges and complexity. 

I believe that women in tech need to focus on both career and financial opportunities. I provide financial guidance, yes, but just as important, also a connection to a broader community of professionals who can help you succeed in the industry.

I am passionate about building and shipping software products. In my role as a Product Owner, I have implemented several key product areas, which bridged the gap between strategic product vision and tactical product delivery. In my current role at a healthcare company, I work with product managers, engineers, data teams, clinicians, operators, and partner success teams to transform strategic intent into fully elaborated requirements in the form of user stories, feature specifications and acceptance criteria.

- Working closely with all levels of end users, including executive level staff, to quickly understand new requirements or problems, and then design possible solutions
- Managing various stakeholders representing different teams - executive, clinical, business, technology and product end users. 
- Facilitating sessions to elicit requirements or understand problems and serve as a Subject Matter Expert to suggest possible solutions or workarounds

Product co-owner for RADAR (Real-time Analytics Dashboard for Application in Retail), a Big Data analytics tool for use by Retail and Consumer Goods clients, and a competitor to Salesforce’s Radian6 platform.
-   Currently managing multi-million dollar implementation of RADAR for targeted marketing with a European bank
-   Performed requirement gathering and analysis to create product roadmap and Go-to-market strategy
-   Designed wireframes for implementing banking dashboards with drilldowns which visualized data 80% faster 
-   Modularized product offering to create 3x the use cases for the same tool, across a wider range of business sectors
-   Worked closely with developers for improved release management and deploy code half a cycle faster
-   Led meetings with stakeholders of projects ensuring smoother collaboration to maintain project schedules and identify cost reduction structures

Associate Product Manager

-Full stack engineer involved in building a Big Data recommendation engine for Retailers. Working with PHP in backend to query SOLR databases and using Javascript and Highcharts for visualization on front end. 
- Preparing HTML5 mockups having dynamically responsive websites with a better UX for end customers
- Pitched product to clientele in collaboration with Technical Sales team to gain new customers

I have had to learn about money, equity compensation, the US tax code, and wealth building the hard way after moving to the US at the age of 17. I want to make it easier for all of you to learn and get a jumpstart on your wealth building journey.
My philosophy is simple. I believe that: 

1. You need the right foundation before you can compound
2. There is no ONE way to get rich
3. You can do a lot with a little, but you need to know the ins and outs of the system
4. There is a concept of ENOUGH.
5. Personal Finance is Personal, so what works for someone else might not work for you
