I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey as a freelance developer while pursuing my university studies. In the early stages, our focus was primarily on PHP and the LAMP stack, but a strategic shift to Java EE marked a pivotal moment in our journey.

As the projects multiplied, I naturally transitioned into the role of a team leader for our freelance team. My responsibilities encompassed a wide spectrum – from identifying new projects and talent acquisition to orchestrating work processes, motivating the team, managing projects through to delivery, and overseeing financial aspects.

At the inception, it was a one-person venture, evolving to a robust team of approximately 20 individuals as our freelance team seamlessly merged with INSART. The transition also marked our identity as a Startup Studio.

In addition to technical leadership, my role involved significant contributions to business development. I played a key role in discovering new clients and assisting them in defining their product strategy, contributing significantly to the growth and success of IT Incubator Team.
