- Carried out revenue and customer journey consulting projects, including Diagnosis of the current scenario, Redesign of processes and metrics and Implementation follow-up, in large companies in multiple industries. 

- Created materials for and conducted marketing, sales and customer success courses in Brazil and Latin America.

- Translated all Winning by Design materials from English to Portuguese

- Created and designed a dashboard for monitoring metrics throughout the customer journey.

- Developed a data analysis product using Python to better define customer segmentation based on real customer data.

- Oversaw the entire prospecting process (from email campaigns and infrastructure, to closing, onboarding and maintaining customer relationship) of new customers.
