Constant Contact

Lead a large cross-functional Team tasked with developing integrative strategy for meeting Company objectives.  Evaluated options focused on Integration & eCommerce, particularly in determining whether to build or to partner.  Closely engaged offshore vendors where necessary to fully design and implement structures to meet customer requirements.  Developed and fostered strategic partnerships with leading SMB SaaS-focused businesses;  created contextual integrations significantly enhancing current product suite.  Took leadership role in building functionality roadmap; worked closely with marketing, UX, and the product teams.  Recently assigned to run the entire business development process. Report directly to SVP of Global Partnerships

Sr. Director of eCommerce & Integrations

Led, managed and hired a distributed team of product, engineering and media operations specialists to launch a deeply-integrated digital advertising product platform between Constant Contact and Facebook. The business was scaled from 0 to more than 10k customers in less than a 12 months and generated nearly  approximately $1M in annual revenue.  Report directly to SVP of Emerging Businesses; responsible for key strategic partnerships with Facebook & Google.   Conducted comprehensive buy-side M&A reviews, and performed due diligence of two Ad Tech startups; focused on strategic fit and other key factors.  Conceived of, fully developed and successfully launched Constant Contact's first-ever digital product; 2017 annual revenues are projected at more than $2M. The product is one of only two products bearing the “Small Business Advertising” badge within the Facebook ecosystem.

Director, Emerging Businesses

Initially as Product Manager, guided the design and development of numerous products in this intensive growth phase of the Company.  Empowered by the Executive Team to design, build and implement initiatives -- typical time-to-launch was 45 days.   Engaged in a flexible rapid development/rapid fail process that saved the Company millions by avoiding false starts and inadequate products.

Senior Product Manager

Led SaveLocal, the first local offer product which grew out of MobManager as well as additional ideas and concepts which informed subsequent offerings.  Brought entrepreneurial thinking and strategies to the Company and engaged the Business Unit in agile approaches to development.  Drove process improvements through cross-function engagements with the product management team, UX and development units.  Developed hypotheses and tested them; implemented those that were validated to drive core business and product KPI’s.  Additionally, launched donations management and integrated coupon tracking products.

Product Manager

Murder Mystery Maniacs, Inc.

Owned and operated a small business that produced and murder mystery parties for corporate events, holiday parties and private events online.   Increased annual revenues from $25k to more than $300k. Used an offshore development team to create a cloud-based software application to streamline creative and operational processes.  Responsible for all sales, support, marketing and content development.   Mayfly Media, LLC acquired Murder Mystery Maniacs in 2014.
