Since 2017 I have been apart of the "Well Analysis and Design" Team within Oxy, where the primary focus is innovation and strategy. My contributions to well design and execution strategy have decreased well costs by more than $2MM per well, and greatly accelerated revenues in year 1 without damaging EUR. I am an expert at hybrid reservoir engineering/production engineering workflows, including end of natural flow prediction, and fluid profile with corresponding bottom hole pressure modeling for artificial lift scenarios. 

Operations experience managing ~200 horizontal wells, mix of base and wedge, Reeves county Texas Delaware Basin. Includes flowback planning and execution, first lift design and installation, base well management (maintenance/repairs) and production outlook.

Previously worked in the field as a part of Chesapeake Energy's northern division in the Anadarko basin targeting both the Colony wash on the Oklahoma side and the Granite wash in the Texas panhandle. Focusing on operation efficiency, office-field communication and drilling program execution. 

Additional experience in horizontal drilling in Wyoming's Niobrara Shale, initial well planning,  unconventional resource plays, and torque and drag analysis.

Co-Chair of committee that seeks to explore and provide any and all possible means of career enhancement for students at Texas A&M University. Helped create the first annual SPE Student Summit held in Houston, TX. The event featured students from universities around the country and highly regarded industry speakers.

I have multidisciplinary experience between Drilling and Production Engineering, primarily focused in the Texas Delaware Basin area. Core competencies range from horizontal well planning and drilling execution, to flowback design, lift design/strategy, and field development planning. Expert Excel user, including VBA, as well as Power BI.

I specialize in practical innovation (tools, processes, applications) and strategies focusing on low cost revenue acceleration.
