At Datatonic, I built the entire North American GTM strategy and sales process for clients in the entertainment, media, telco, and gaming industries, delivering 100% YoY growth to over $10M. Beyond the GTM framework, I also personally architected and built a suite of internal AI tools, including scenario training and sales call analysis, to make our sales team smarter and more effective. As a leader at scale, my focus shifts to re-architecting for performance. At Celero, I led a remote, 15-person team of senior AEs, product managers, and CX specialists across North America for a $90M business line focused on the banking and credit union sectors. By designing new systems and integrating disparate functions, my leadership resulted in a 30-point increase in NPS and a landmark $10M enterprise deal.
