SMM is not something I learned intentionally, one of our website client wanted us to run ads for him on Facebook and we were very hesitant to do it since we had no experience and the client was believing in us with his budget, so to get him results I had to learn it, soon after few weeks a politician whose team contacted us and wanted us to handle the mayor campaign and we successfully delivered the project with great numbers and engagement today the politician has grown higher from the position of the mayor because of the influence he already had and the momentum we were able to create on Facebook, all the gigs helped grow my skills.

I had no experience in sales, was anxious, shy with very low confidence, I went to clothing shops and showed them the catalog and told them about the services I have to offer, at that time, I had a bunch of services to offer like, Windows Installation, Pc Games, WordPress website, Monthly Computer Maintainance, then in the mid of 2015-16 I focused on website designing and pitching web design services to every business that looked like they can afford it, yeah I know that's not how marketing and sales work, but I was newbie, had to do it anyhow, the first website sale I made earned us Rs.2k, and the last deal I closed was Rs.30k for a web page, maybe not a big achievement but for me who was shy, super anxious, it's means a lot for me.
