Increase the presence of rugby by giving players an opportunity to experience playing sport in professional facilities with the support of large crowds and broadcast via traditional, social, website and app platforms.​ Improve quality of rugby by providing detailed analysis, available for players, coaches, referees and scouts.​

Ensuring engagement with the RFU Age Grade Rugby, greater alignment with the clubs, counties, schools and other rugby stakeholders.

Wasps FC

Various roles, Chairman of the minis section, Head of Sponsorship & Communications, Commercial Director, Chairman of Youth Rugby - Wasps FC is the amateur side of the Wasps rugby union club formed in 1867. The men's first team was split from Wasps FC at the turn of professionalism, for the 1996-97 season, to become Wasps RFC, and later became London Wasps in the summer of 1999. Wasps FC own the Twyford Avenue Sports Ground that is also used by the London Wasps professional teams for training. Also at Wasps FC are the hugely successful Wasps ladies, who regularly supply internationals players and Wasps Legends – great players from the past, The Youth section has several championship sides and the minis compete actively at the higher levels
