I’ve had the privilege of leading revenue, distribution, and digital transformation strategies for brands like Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, and Meliá. Since 2022, I’ve been integrating AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance processes, personalize guest experiences, and free up valuable time for sales teams. Tangible results include: A 55% increase in cold email open and response rates. Automation of repetitive tasks, freeing up hours for high-impact sales work. Scalable personalization across prospecting and client communication. In 2015, I led a pioneering campaign between Marriott and GoPro for the Peruvian market. Guests received GoPro cameras to create organic content, tagging both brands. The result? A threefold increase in online visibility, placing Peru firmly on the map as an experiential destination. Today, as Cluster Commercial Director at Meliá Hotels International (Peru), I lead integrated commercial strategies that have exceeded revenue goals since 2024, strengthened our direct channels, and elevated B2B performance across key industries such as mining, energy, B2G, and corporate. Additionally: I’m an invited speaker at hospitality, AI, and leadership forums. I mentor startups and speak at universities, always blending strategic thinking with hands-on experience.
