•Empowered growth in a 10 billion dollar industry by creating 4 PRDs for upcoming version releases of our Business Intelligence and Reporting (BI&R) platform
•Supported thousands of customers on our BI&R platforms by creating and updating Supported Platform Metrics
•Led the development and distribution of a customer survey from start to finish to determine and execute on strategic initiatives for one of our most lucrative products
•Created and managed a product development research project that resulted in several feature proposals and bug fixes
