With over seven years of project management experience in health and wellness strategy, I am a Project Manager at the Department of Health, the regulative body of the Healthcare Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. I have Agile Foundations and Agile Project Leadership certifications, and I leverage my skills in technical and creative project management, mentoring, and collaboration to create and execute strategy plans, frameworks, and initiatives that address pressing issues such as chronic disease management and well-being solutions. My passion for health and wellness stems from my academic background and personal interests. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Social Research and Public Policy from New York University Abu Dhabi, with a minor in Arabic language, a Master of Science in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing from the University of Wolverhampton, accredited by the British Psychological Society. I am also bilingual in English, and Arabic, and I have won multiple honors and awards, such as the Pathways to Law Program, and the UK-US Fulbright Scholarship. My goal is to combine my knowledge and experience in healthcare and policymaking with my enthusiasm for wellness and healthcare in the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.
