A mass communications gold medallist, Wali is a seasoned Communications professional with a demonstrated history of working across the entire gamut of Corporate communications, PR, Marketing, Employee engagement, L&D and CSR. Driven by empathy, mutual respect & collaboration, her core strength lies in aligning the organisation's strategic objectives with internal & external brand-building efforts and communication initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Management, she has successfully crafted brand strategy & architecture, built differentiated employee value propositions and brand positioning, defined internal culture, worked towards media relations & thought leadership and has led organization-wide initiatives while working with multi-cultural teams globally. During her 9+ yrs of the stint, she has won various awards and accolades for herself and the organizations including 'Guinness World Records' for Edelweiss Tokio Life's Organ donation campaign, Collaborator ICON, Monthly & Quarterly superstar, Young Leader 2022 by Edelweiss and many more. Being one of the top performers, she also got an opportunity to interact with the Honorable HRD Minister - Prakash Javadekar, in 2016 and the Honorable CM of Maharashtra - Devendra Fadnavis, in 2017 to exhibit the impactful work done by Piramal Foundation at grassroots levels. Further, she is a passionate L&D Trainer (working with both professionals & college students) and an aspiring voice-over artist. Giving back to society lies in her DNA and she leaves no stone unturned to go beyond her role toward impacting lives both professionally & personally. She has been a founding member of the CSR wing of Edelweiss Tokio Life. Wali enjoys learning from others, making true connections, travelling and trying new cuisine.
