A Communications gold medallist, Wali is a seasoned professional with over 9 years of experience spanning Corporate Communications, PR, Marketing, Employee Engagement, L&D, and CSR. Known for her empathy and collaborative approach, she excels at aligning organizational objectives with internal and external branding and communication strategies. Working closely with senior leadership, Wali has crafted brand strategies, built strong employee value propositions, shaped organizational culture, and led thought leadership initiatives. She has successfully managed media relations, positioning her organizations for success on a global scale.. Being one of the top performers, she also got an opportunity to interact with the Honorable HRD Minister - Prakash Javadekar, in 2016 and the Honorable CM of Maharashtra - Devendra Fadnavis, in 2017 to exhibit the impactful work done by Piramal Foundation at grassroots levels. Further, she is a passionate soft skills trainer and a DE&I advocate. Giving back to society lies in her DNA and she leaves no stone unturned to go beyond her role toward impacting lives both professionally & personally.
