I’m an Executive Partner at Reply, where I lead a group of 10 UK specialist Reply companies focused on delivering technology that moves businesses forward. My role is to ensure each business is in control, positioned to grow, and working together as part of a connected network. I’m one of three Executive Partners responsible for Reply’s UK leadership — shaping how we operate internally and how we show up for clients. I lead a portfolio that spans cutting-edge AI systems, intelligent automation, secure network innovation, cloud-native engineering, and human-centred digital design. These 10 companies help clients solve complex problems fast — from building scalable platforms and safeguarding critical infrastructure, to designing intuitive products and deploying AI agents into real-world workflows. Whether it’s accelerating software delivery, transforming operations, or unlocking new customer value, these teams bring deep expertise and bold thinking to every challenge. Externally, I represent Reply as a senior leader — helping clients navigate complexity, deliver with excellence, and access the best of our network. That includes connecting them to individual companies or shaping joined-up solutions that draw on multiple capabilities. I started in software and systems programming, built a technology business from scratch, and have held senior roles across large enterprises. Today, I bring that experience to helping others grow — with a focus on honest leadership, practical execution, and always learning.
