Am I getting old 🤔

This music is too loud! 🎵

I recently sold my desk (I had a makeshift office in the kitchen) 

I hate being tied down to one place, I LOVE change! 

So I decided my office would be a back pack that I could just pick up and work wherever I wanted. 

The ultimate freedom. 

Today's coffee shop is lovey. ☕️

Great drinks, staff are lovely, plants, natural lighting and it's warm. 🪴

It's just the music is a bit loud. 🤣

Am I getting old 😭

I came one step closer today to being the proud owner of a tower cooker… 

Someone said to they’re not safe… surley this can’t be true! 

I was almost swept away with the “cook your kids dinner in 28 seconds” promise

 It’s your nervous system having a mild panic attack in a blazer.

All the I made a million whilst eating my cornflakes. 🥣🤮

For all the overnight success stories, there's a gazillion others slogging it out, realising that for mere mortals like us, scaling and growing your business isn't something that happens anywhere near as quick as you'd like it to. 

📅 On the 20th September of this year, I closed the doors on a highly profitable business. 

💰 I made good income each month, I worked 3 days a week and took the whole of December off... 

Was I mad to end it? (maybe) 🤔

But life is short and I had a calling. 

💫💫💫 I wanted to help women make more money, help them be the best possible version of themselves, so they perform at their best. 💫💫💫

💖 This has always been my passion. 

So, to avoid a lifetime of regrets, I closed the doors, and started my Mental Fitness Business. 

And guess what...

Clients haven't come flocking... why? 🤔

Because it takes time... will great success happen for me again with new venture? You bet your life it will. 🥳

But it probably won't happen overnight and YES there will be moments when I doubt myself, when the Impostor Syndrome hits me around the head like a wet fish. 🐠

Courses, coaches, masterminds, what do you invest in?

Generational wealth? Savings for kids? Helping family, or spending it all on you (no judgement 😉)?

What do your accounts look like? Do you invest? How much do you save weekly, and what’s your total?

Do you donate? How much, to whom, and how does it feel? 🤝

What do you love spending money on?

There are no rules, don’t hold back. 

Dream big. As you write, notice any resistance and capture the story behind it. That story is why your dream life isn’t your reality… yet.

Once upon a time, not so long ago, the idea of standing in front of an audience being the "expert" and sharing my knowledge would have have sounded as appealing as warm hamster vomit....🤮

🤔 Am I good enough?
😳 I'm not an expert, who's gonna listen? 
🫣 Will people even be interested in what I have to say?

Impostor syndrome would have made me politely decline the invitation.

I'd make up some excuse about not being able to leave the kids, or I had to be there for school run...

Just so I could legitimately not be available. 

Working on my Mental Fitness has changed all of that. 🧠🏋️‍♀️

Do I feel invincible and as though nothing in the world bothers me... heck no. 

But do I say yes to opportunities that grow my business even when I'm mildly terrified, you bet your life I do. 💫

Hold the room like you own it. 
Let them catch up with your certainty.

That tiny silence is magnetic.

It shows...

“I trust the value. You can trust it too.”

THIS is what visibility and authority in action actually looks like.
