Michael is a journalist and publisher. He is founding editor and publisher at Access News and Community Broadcast Network (CBN): publishers of Western Sydney Express, Central Coast Sun, Parramatta Times, Macarthur Advocate, Parentopia and Blacktown News. These titles are the media partners for many local business awards programs and the WEXPO event series. Michael's previous roles include Manager for Media and Campus Relations at the University of New South Wales - where he managed the team responsible for the university's media performance and its corporate publications. He was Media / PR manager at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) - responsible for production of the school's corporate magazine and its media / PR activity. As a journalist and editor, he has worked for The Australian, Sunday Telegraph, Daily Telegraph, Parramatta Advertiser and Central Coast Express. He has won awards for journalism and publication design. Michael has advised businesses and government on media strategy, and he has directed the launch of two international magazines and several niche websites on behalf of investors.
