 Determine required necessary parts for assembling bucket trucks, service bodies, flatbeds, hooklifts, dump bodies and cranes considering yearly schedule and vendor lead times using Monday, CDK, Excel and CRM
 Maintain communication and relationships with different manufacturers and vendors to ensure parts are stocked in a timely manner
 Created spreadsheet for Parts and Service department to determine all parts needed for different builds to ensure proper billing and inventory
 Work consistently with Service and Sales Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for all jobs and builds
 Provide quotes for parts and labor to customers providing lead times of parts and availability of shop
 Ensure all shop and store supply is stocked in a timely manner
 Assist technicians with any new tools needed, replacement or repair of
tools to complete builds in a timely manner
 Complete Purchase Orders for all parts and shop supply ordered for the
store.
 Receive parts and maintain part numbers and costs up to date on
inventory using CDK
 Complete Cycle Counting to ensure inventory accuracy
 Maintain communication with Accounting associates and Controller to
ensure all Purchase Orders, receipts are submitted in a timely manner
 Maintain communication with Accounting associates and Controller to
ensure all orders are properly billed and designated to inventory, a parts
ticket or a repair order
 Assist Service Manager in opening Repair Orders for upcoming builds and
jobs
 Assist Service Manager in opening and completing warranty processes for
defective parts

Parts Sales Specialist

Research accounting and billing related matters with Homeowners and Renters policies using Exceed, PMS, Paymentech and Orbital
 
  Complete Exception Requests, Research Requests, Move Money, Apply Money requests received from Operations within a timely manner
 Process daily lockbox deposits in the Treasury department
 Process weekly Oversights to EXL (offshore team) processed
transactions using Exceed, PMS and Excel and provide feedback and
training opportunities
 Complete Premium Refund Review daily ensuring accuracy on checks
being mailed to insureds and mortgage companies and obtaining and
retaining proper backups for future reference and audits
 Support Operations and IT with resolving Exceed and Mainframe systems
production related issues
 Review and process Key Client Paymentech Disputes, Account Plan
Changes, RBSM and Disburse Rebill items
 Support EXL (offshore team) with daily research issues sent by
Operations and provide training and feedback
 Support Operations Leads with daily billing related issues in Exceed and
PMS and provide feedback and training
 Process Key Client Chargebacks and Return items
 Process Replacement Check and Stop Pay requests using JP Morgan
Receivables Access, Exceed and PMS
 Process and review Cash on Hold transactions to ensure proper funds
are being applied or disbursed using JP Morgan Receivables Edge
 Collaborate with other accounting areas in researching and identifying
unapplied payments using Exceed, PMS and providing UDAK information
 Provide basic desktop and system troubleshooting support to peers
