As Fleet operator, I was responsible for providing assistance to senior management for streamlining new electric E-golf fleet operations. I have been playing integral role in aligning workload in line with area and resources to reduce issues while providing services to clients. In this role, I was engaged in spreading significant awareness of new fleet rolling stock across potential customers. I have been enabling fulfillment of all service requirements and served as focal point for entire fleet defect reporting. I was effective at evaluating root cause of crucial issues through coordination of day-to-day detailed analysis. I was proficient at formulating strategy planning by managing databases and computing comprehensive reports for executive management.

• Minimised defects across fleet by determining customer based defects.
• Accomplished service requirements and goals by preparing and delivering reports to key stakeholders.
• Streamlined communication flow by leveraging 24hr telephonic assistance to staff and depot managers across fleet for effective defect reporting.
