General Manager

Fully responsible for the Account Management and Strategic Planning areas, I successfully managed what was considered the top account management department in the island. I also established the Strategic Planning discipline as an integral part of our agency offer for our clients in Puerto Rico and in the US Hispanic Market.
Achievements:
-Established the Planning Discipline both as an added value for current and potential clients, and as source of revenue
-Developed the strategy that led to new client wins: Honda, Brown-Forman, Coca-Cola, Evertec, Coors Light Hispanic Market
-Successfully managed the agency team during the 2010 US Census Puerto Rico chapter, generating additional revenue for the operation
-Successfully developed and implemented strategic planning tools and processes for the agency
-Instrumental in maintaining the Coors Light business in 2003 while it was being held under review
-Generated over $200K in revenue for planning tools in first year

Management and Planning Director

Established the Strategic Planning discipline in the local operation, developing and implementing our network’s tools and processes. Made Strategic Planning integral to our agency operation, instrumental in adding value to current clients and in new business wins.
