I am a problem solver who helps individuals and businesses do what they do best while reducing their stress. I do this by creating marketing and business solutions to help reach new growth. I've also used my expertise to create a space to address the obstacles that Black employees and business owners face in the workplace. 

This all started right after college when I was nervous about being rejected in job interviews because of my locs. I knew I would thrive in any role I got but wasn't sure how to get past the job interview without cutting my locs.

Using my own insecurities and curiosity, I created a platform to support Black people pursuing growth in their careers, as business owners and their natural hair journey.
