                and lead pipelines among other responsibilities.  Generated $882 Million in sales in 2015;

Played key role in the launch of company's Phoenix division by quantifying and qualifying new markets and lead channels. Established business contacts in target markets through telemarketing, direct mail campaigns, trade show participation, and vendor relationships. Negotiated contracts, priced and closed competitive lending proposals, and prepared and submitted credit packages for lending approval. Trained, supported employees and vendors to provide sales and administrative tools required to meet business objectives.

Authored and presented comprehensive business plan targeting the financial industry. Strategic plan was adopted by senior management and ultimately increased sales revenue by 25%.

My expertise has led me to become a Board Member of the Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona. As well as allowing me to be an elected Board Member of the City or Mesa, AZ Housing Committee and sworn in by the Mayor John Giles. I have gained national attention, featuring in publications for supplying affordable housing and building communities for middle class families.
