I Joined Eastman Chemical in 2010 as part of a 12-person plant operations team to staff and restart HCC-3A Type 3 downstream hydrocarbon cracking plant. I became a level III certified Chemical Operator. This technical position is centered in the downstream oil & gas industry and has a focus of hydrocarbon fractionation operations. During my time with the company I also took on the role of CSR.

•	I perform training and certification of new operators on safety, facility equipment operation, procedural execution, preparation for OJT audits, and all routine duties associated with individual job assignments
•	I have worked on multiple shut downs and startups in emergency and planned situations
•	Monitor, maintain, and operate process facility equipment associated with hydrocarbon cracking and olefin fractionation production such as; compressors, pumps, steam turbines, scrubbers, dryers, polishers, electric motors, distillation columns, cryogenic equipment, PSA hydrogen purification, steam generation, dispersed oil extraction, benzene striping, ARU reactors, flare stacks, and various other types of equipment, process variables, and controllers.
