In fields where communication is key, I've worked with major corporations and organizations - Deloitte, A10 Networks, CalCPA to name a few. Through my offering of one-on-one video coaching with feedback, as well as small group sessions, either in person or virtual, individuals are able to incorporate these techniques and develop their authentic communication style. Many have reached the level of significance! Drawing from my background as a director, choreographer, performer, and broadcast media talent, I transferred these skills into the corporate world. I have honed techniques that are effective, practical and fundamental for improving individuals natural abilities. ▶️ Leaders are readers who take action! Leadership mentor John Maxwell says 'significance' involves moving beyond personal success to live a life that positively impacts others aligning with one's purpose. ▶️ While pursuing my major in Theatre Arts & Drama at USC, I also earned my Screen Actors Guild card. ▶️ In my work with both startups and Fortune 100 professionals, I consistently found that achieving their success is often linked to communication excellence. ▶️ After transitioning my skills, my first stop was Atari. I worked as the Director of Communication for R&D with Dr. Alan Kay, a major influencer in the technology world, to lead the R&D team. Over the course of four years, I organized press and media interviews, coordinated multimedia presentations, and facilitated presentations by scientists and engineers. ▶️ After being laid off, I was initially devastated. However, when Dr. Alan Kay and most of his team moved to Apple, I made the decision not to follow and instead struck out on my own to create WRCC. Looking back, my only regret is not purchasing Apple stock in the 80s. 😃 ▶️ Throughout my adult life, I have been a health enthusiast and I have always believed there was a way to combine my two passions: communication and health. After all, our health is fundamental to our overall well-being and communication can play a key role in achieving and maintaining good health.
