In a low-resource, high-need, rural California county (population 46,000), contributed to post-Covid pivoting and data transformation efforts at the Local Health Department (LHD) to create a data-driven, evidence-based organization. Implemented informatics solutions for the majority of health education programs and played a crucial role in the Community Health Assessment (CHA). Served as a member of the communications team and was part of the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) and Public Health Department committees on strategic planning.

Developed a state-of-the-art communicable disease dashboard in Tableau Cloud using CalRedie data.

Contributed to APHA's 2023 Annual Meeting with three abstracts accepted to this conference related to public health informatics.

- Conceived on a Starbucks napkin and built into the most ambitious spa facility and full-service Mediterranean restaurant in central Java's largest mall. 
- Managed the private investment of over two billion Indonesian Rupiah for this project.
- Hired, trained, and managed a team of 15 employees and three managers. Regularly performed countless HR-related tasks such as writing contracts, developing employee management system, implementing attendance system, payroll system, and performance reviews.
- Took active part in developing spa treatments in accordance with my healthcare knowledge while collaborating with the top massage therapist in the city.
- Played a key role in the design and architecture of the facility, for which I had to learn to use the software the architectural team was using. Won the respect and trust of the architects and engineers.
- Navigated the intricate Indonesian legal system while collaborating with local lawyers to set up a national-level corporation with appropriate accounting, reporting, and audit.
- The 15,000 liter indoor fish therapy pool was an impossible feat that I made possible by sourcing knowledge and parts from as far as the USA and UK, and working closely with the engineers of the ME (mechanical & electrical) team, the mall's engineering team, and construction contractors.
