I lead teams in both the Banking and Finance, and Engineering pathways, facilitating sessions, managing logistics, and offering tailored support to help students excel in their academic and personal growth.

Mentored four first-year students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, providing personalised guidance on university integration, academics, and overcoming challenges. Held weekly meetings to foster supportive relationships focused on student success.

Warwick Scholars Mentor

Lloyds Banking Group

Assessed student account strategy by analysing market trends and competitor offerings, providing recommendations to enhance overdraft structures. Reviewed 14 competitors’ onboarding processes, identifying key practices to improve customer satisfaction. Created marketing material that garnered over 200,000 impressions and 500+ reactions.

Selected for a highly competitive scholarship programme with Bloomberg involving mentorship, networking and exclusive events. This has included many unique visits to the Bloomberg offices in London, gaining exposure to the company ethos and structure.

Warwick Economics Society

Organised international and domestic tours for the Economics Society, managing planning, budgeting, and risk assessments. Led a team of 4, generating over £15,000 in revenue from 100+ ticket sales by negotiating with suppliers and coordinating with various teams to meet stakeholder expectations.
