Accountable for Data Strategy and implementation of business value driven multi-channel CRM program. Delivered Territory Alignment, Incentive Compensation and Customer Interactions Repository Technology strategy and solutions.
- Implemented business case and delivery of $21MM investment in new Data warehouse technology, resulting in 8X improvements in data processing power and $7MM in year after year support and maintenance savings.

Defined and delivered common CRM integration architecture and strategy, capability roadmaps and technology stacks across Sales, Marketing and Medical functional areas for 23 European markets. Technology stack included Siebel, Siperian, Oracle and Cognos platforms.
